Misconception in America - When it comes to the Supreme Court Decision today on Roe v. Wade

June 24, 2022, The Supreme Court Justices overturned Roe v. Wade today in a 6 to 3 decision.  Zulieka Baysmore candidate for Maryland House of Delegates District 40 gives her statement,  "I think there is a misconception going on in our country.  The Supreme Court has not struck down Abortion Rights.  What the Supreme Court Justices did today was return the Judiciary Powers to set Policies on Abortions back to the States and State Legislators.

In other words back to the People to decide what the laws will be when it comes to abortion.  Roe vs Wade was a mistake back in 1973 a landmark case when the Supreme Court ruled on a matter that was not a Constitutional matter.  They ruled on Abortion Rights.
It was never a Constitutional Matter.  Now that the Supreme Court has overturned the courts error - the decision will give States and the People the Power to set Laws and Rights when it comes to Abortion and the Right to Life of the Unborn.
So everyone need to calm down and just accept the correction.  Now people need to focus on what the policies concerning Abortion in your State where you reside that should become Law."  We the People will have to weigh in when it comes to drafting policies on Abortion as well as the Right to Life of a unborn child."
