Andy has been passionate about politics since the age of 14, dedicating himself to supporting numerous candidates and advancing conservative causes over the years. He was the Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates (45th District) in 2018 and, most recently, the Republican candidate for Baltimore City Council (2nd District) in 2024.

His current focus is fostering a broad and diverse coalition that brings together individuals from all backgrounds and creating a coalition that values diversity, without focusing on identity politics, to support the Republican (MAGA) agenda.

Andy earned his bachelor’s degree in social work from UMBC and has been a licensed social worker for the past 20 years. Committed to serving those in need, he approaches his work with both compassion and dedication. He is known for his warm and approachable demeanor, while remaining deeply passionate about strengthening and expanding the Republican Party.
